Osoyoos Indian Band Chief Clarence Louie will discuss his book, Rez Rules: My Indictment of Canada's and America's Systemic Racism Against Indigenous People, during a talk at Ƶ’s Penticton campus next week. After losing both his legs in a workplace accident at the age of 20, Ted went on to become a highly decorated athlete on the international stage.
